We want you to be satisfied with your purchase

We accept returns on most new and unopened items sold by Lynnx Universe LLC.

Returns will be accepted based on the following conditions:

  • We MUST be notified and approve the return within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us at info@lynnxuniverse.com

  • All returns must be in the original, factory sealed packaging and in the same condition that they were received. If the product was opened, tampered, played or altered in any way, it will not be eligible for return.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

 

If the result for the return is our error (incorrect item), please contact us immediately. We will provide you with a replacement product and we'll cover the shipping cost for the return.

If the product is defect by the manufacturer, please contact the manufacturer for further information.

Please include your order ID or the original invoice with your returns. We kindly ask you to securely package all items to insure safe shipping by the carrier. We are not responsible for stolen or lost items returned to us, therefore, we recommend using a shipping service that offers a tracking number.

All returns will be inspected upon receiving. Refund will be issued in the form of the original payment. If the return is not due to our company error, we will refund you the amount of the product(s) only, not the shipping cost for the return.

Refunds will be issued 2-3 days after the return is received.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please email us at info@lynnxuniverse.com

If your order hasn't been shipped at the time of request, we will be able to cancel your order.

​

If the order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order. You may refuse your package upon delivery and request for "return to sender" by the shipping provider. Please notify us if you are returning your package. Upon receiving, we will refund you for the cost of the products only and not the paid shipping. If there is any additional return cost, it will be paid by the customer.

Refund will be issued 2-3 days after the return is received.

 

Please Note: There are no cancellations on any Pre-orders. Check the Pre-orders section for more info.

Lynnx Universe reserves the right to cancel any order without notice. All cancellations will be refunded in full.
