Once the Pre-order is fully paid for it is considered "Reserved" and it is NON-REFUNDABLE. We place our order quantities with our distributors based on the number of pre-orders we get, therefore we CAN NOT cancel your pre-orders. We do understand that emergencies happen and you might need to cancel your pre-order, in which case we might make a one-time exception. 

All Pre-Orders are scheduled to ship on the release dates of the product. Please note that release dates for any products are subject to change by the manufacturers. We do not ship pre-orders before the release dates as requested by the manufacturers.

We recommend purchasing pre-order items separately from items that are in-stock. Any orders with both Pre-Order and In-Stock items will be shipped together on the release of the pre-ordered item(s) or when all items are available to ship.

Should any item be canceled or allocated by the manufacturer or distributor, we will notify you and refund your payment.
